Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy explains the cancellation and refund arrangements for products and services purchased from Linda Everard trading as The Everard Collective.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Many of our products consist of digital content supplied online, including:

Online courses;

Video training;

PDFs and eBooks;

Guides;

Templates;

Worksheets;

Downloadable resources; and

Other digital educational materials.

UK consumers purchasing online may have a statutory cancellation period.

Different rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately.

Where you request access to digital content before the end of the applicable cancellation period, we will ask you to:

Expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately; and

Acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins you will lose the statutory right to cancel that digital content where the law provides for this.

Where these requirements have been satisfied and supply of the digital content has begun, you will normally no longer have the statutory right to cancel the digital content simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content

We want our courses and digital products to work properly and to be supplied as described.

If you experience a genuine technical problem or believe that digital content is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact:

[email protected]

Please provide your name, the email address used for your purchase, details of the product and a description of the problem.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to resolve the problem or provide a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

3. Change-of-Mind Refunds

Once immediate digital access has begun following the appropriate consent and acknowledgement described above, we do not normally provide refunds simply because:

You have changed your mind;

You decide not to complete the course;

You do not have sufficient time to use the training;

You decide the subject is no longer suitable for you;

You decide not to pursue the business idea or opportunity;

You do not achieve the results you hoped for; or

A third-party platform subsequently changes its services, features or pricing.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or any additional money-back guarantee expressly offered by us for a particular product.

4. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions

Where you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, the price and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.

You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation method provided to you.

Unless otherwise stated for the particular membership, cancelling prevents future recurring payments and access will normally continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of subscription payments already made.

Any statutory cancellation, cooling-off or refund rights applicable to the particular subscription remain unaffected.

5. Cancelling a Membership or Subscription

Where an online cancellation facility is available within your account, you may use that facility.

Alternatively, you may request cancellation by emailing:

[email protected]

Please include your name and the email address associated with your account so that we can identify your subscription.

To avoid your next recurring payment, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

If we offer a free trial, introductory period or promotional subscription, the specific terms will be displayed as part of that offer.

Where the offer automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price and billing arrangements will be disclosed before you subscribe.

7. Money-Back Guarantees

We may occasionally provide an additional voluntary money-back guarantee for a particular product.

Where a guarantee is offered, its duration and any reasonable conditions will be stated on the relevant sales page or offer.

Such a guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.

8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have been charged twice or an incorrect amount has been taken, please contact:

[email protected]

We will investigate and refund any amount found to have been incorrectly charged.

9. Refunds Through Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, we will normally process it through Stripe to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once the refund has been submitted, the time it takes to appear in your account may depend upon Stripe, your card provider and your bank.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights available to consumers under applicable UK consumer law.

Where your statutory rights provide a remedy that differs from this policy, your statutory rights will take precedence.
